Director of First Impressions (Front Office Leader)

Core Responsibilities

• Customer Experience Excellence
• Create a “wow” first impression in person and on the phone
• Ensure every customer feels known, valued, and cared for
• Answer inbound calls with confidence and control
• Routinely route calls effectively to the right team member
• Identify opportunities for Reviews Appointments Coverage conversations
• Office Environment Leadership
• Maintain a clean, professional, welcoming office
• Clock in the lobby to reflect our brand and standards
• Cook up hospitality (coffee, water, materials, etc.)
• Team Support & Culture Contribution
• Assist team with administrative flow
• Support daily team meeting readiness

Compensation

$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
