RECEPTIONIST - STATE FARM AGENT TEAM MEMBER

About the role

We are seeking an outgoing and customer-focused individual to join our agency. This position involves working with the public, marketing State Farm insurance and financial service products, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification

$32,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
