Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring follow-up as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and billing inquiries.
- Aid in managing office tasks, including scheduling appointments and handling correspondence.
- Support the agent and team in various administrative functions to enhance office efficiency.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong dedication to service excellence.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Able to work effectively in a team setting.
- Strong multi-tasking capabilities.
- Must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty license.
