RECEPTIONIST - STATE FARM AGENT TEAM MEMBER

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring follow-up as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and billing inquiries.
• Aid in managing office tasks, including scheduling appointments and handling correspondence.
• Support the agent and team in various administrative functions to enhance office efficiency.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong dedication to service excellence.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Able to work effectively in a team setting.
• Strong multi-tasking capabilities.
• Must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty license.
