This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and creating a positive first impression for customers. In addition to front desk and customer service responsibilities, this position will also support agency growth by asking thoughtful discovery questions, identifying customer needs, offering appropriate insurance options, and connecting qualified opportunities to the sales team. What You’ll Do Greet customers warmly in person and over the phoneAnswer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate team memberManage appointment scheduling, office communication, and daily front desk responsibilitiesAssist with customer inquiries, follow-up, and account updatesMaintain accurate customer records and documentationAsk discovery questions to better understand customer needsIdentify opportunities to offer additional insurance products and servicesPivot qualified conversations to the sales team when appropriateSupport customer retention through excellent service and timely follow-upAssist the team with administrative tasks, projects, and office supportLearn State Farm products, systems, and customer service expectationsWork toward obtaining required insurance licenses Licensing Requirement Candidates must be able and willing to obtain the following licenses Property & Casualty licenseLife & Health license Licensing is an important part of the role and will support your ability to grow within the agency.
