Receptionist Security Officer

About the role

The Receptionist Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control, and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently, they provide customer service and information to a client's employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol client sites to ensure safety and security.
• Enforce regulations and directives related to personnel, visitors, and the area.
• Provide customer service and information to clients' employees and customers.

Requirements

• A Delaware State Guard Card is strongly preferred.
• Receptionist, hospitality, or retail industry background is beneficial but not required.
• A friendly and positive attitude is necessary.
• Training and knowledge will be provided if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
