Riverbark Veterinary Hospital of Spring Lake is an American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) accredited facility, known for its commitment to providing top-tier veterinary care since 1975. The hospital is located in Spring Lake, North Carolina, serving a loyal community with consistent operating hours from Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturdays until noon.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a multi-line phone system and greet clients with a positive attitude.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and handle financial transactions.
  • Ensure seamless care coordination by managing appointment schedules.
  • Advocate for pet health by educating clients on preventative care and other hospital services.
  • Embody compassion and empathy in every interaction, treating each pet like your own.

Requirements

  • A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.
  • Experience with veterinary software is preferred.
  • A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Highly recommended to have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
