Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure every interaction reflects compassionate care
• Maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions
• Educate clients on preventative care and other hospital services
• Serve as a calming presence for clients, demonstrating empathy and respect in every situation

Qualifications

• Passion for excellent customer service and genuine love for animals
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative, team-first mindset with ability to work both independently and with direction
• Experience with veterinary software preferred
• Flexible schedule including some weekends and holidays required
