RECEPTIONIST/PHONE OPERATOR--NOT REMOTE POSITION

This is an on-site, entry-level receptionist position perfect for a friendly, reliable individual who enjoys helping customers and keeping calls organized. We are happy to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Take accurate messages
• Transfer calls to the appropriate departments
• Perform general clerical and administrative duties
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive attitude

Requirements

• No experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills are a plus

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch).

Pay

$16.00–$18.00 per hour, based on qualifications.
