Receptionist / Phone Operator
George Gee Buick GMC is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist / Phone Operator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with customers, and takes pride in creating a positive first impression for every guest.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and callers
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet guests and assist with directing them to the appropriate department or team member
- Provide accurate information regarding dealership services and operations
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
- Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
- Support dealership departments with customer communication and scheduling needs
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries as needed

Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, customer service, administrative, or call-handling experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email systems
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable attendance and strong attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
