About the role

Stonebriar Chevrolet is looking for a Receptionist to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a "can-do" attitude and excellent communication skills. Day-to-day tasks include initial communication with clients and administrative tasks. The role involves enjoying making customers feel welcome both personally and on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Answer dealership group phones.
• Greet and receive prospects and customers.
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson.
• Work cooperatively with the sales team.
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Type reports.
• Issue Plates and Temp Tags.
• Aid other departments with busy work.

Requirements

• Outgoing and positive demeanor.
• Professional presentation.
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility.
• A clean driving record & valid driver’s license.
• A professional appearance.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
