Evenings: 4p-8p
Weekends: 9am-2pm or 2pm-8pm
Duties
Operates a console telephone switchboard in order to relay incoming, outgoing and interoffice calls.
Greets and receives visitors and directs as appropriate.
Provides exemplary customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
Overall management of the lobby area and graciously greeting community visitors.
Addressing the questions or concerns of prospective or current residents and families.
Supports the sales/marketing and business office teams.
Gleets visitors at community’s front reception desk.
Represents community to visitors and callers in a professional, pleasant and courteous manner; ensures their questions and needs are directed to the appropriate person.
Necessary Skills/Qualifications
- Experience with hospitality, seniors, health care and service delivery.
- Customer Service/Hospitality background - emphasis highly preferred.
- Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Required.
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
