What You'll Do
- Welcome clients, agents, visitors, and guests with a warm and professional presence.
- Answer and direct incoming calls and digital inquiries, ensuring questions are routed to the appropriate team member.
- Monitor and respond to group inboxes and follow up on messages in a timely manner.
- Help coordinate client appointments, meetings, and closings while maintaining confidentiality and a professional environment.
- Prepare conference rooms and client spaces for meetings and closings.
- Obtain and organize documents needed for meetings and closings.
- Communicate with clients and agents by phone as needed to confirm appointments or address questions.
- Receive, organize, and distribute mail and packages.
- Coordinate client and agent pickups and other office deliveries.
- Assign new orders according to established procedures.
- Monitor office and conference room needs and order supplies as needed.
- Notice what needs to be done and take initiative to help keep the office running smoothly.
- Support the Greenville team with other administrative and client-service needs as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree, preferred
- Previous customer service, hospitality, administrative, reception, or other client-facing experience preferred.
- Warm, professional, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Dependable and consistent, with strong attention to detail.
- Able to stay calm, courteous, and composed when things get busy or unexpected issues arise.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and interruptions without losing track of details.
- Proactive and observant, with the ability to recognize what needs to be done without always being asked.
- Comfortable learning and using technology, including Microsoft Office and phone/digital communication systems.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

Schedule
Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-12:30 PM. Location: Greenville, SC (in-office).
