About the role

The Receptionist will be responsible for performing services provided on-site in a highly professional environment. Services provided include but are not limited to: business support services, mail, copy, print, and hospitality services, shipping and receiving, conference room services, reception, and administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Performing business support services
  • Handling mail and copy/print services
  • Providing hospitality services
  • Shipping and receiving
  • Supporting conference room services
  • Scanning and delivering packages
  • Performing tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Legal US authorization to work for any employer
  • Capable of lifting up to 55 pounds
  • Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
  • MS Office Suite skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Compensation

$17 USD/hr - $17 USD/hr

Schedule

Monday-Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM with flexibility for additional attendance pending workloads
