About the role
The Receptionist/Office Assistant will provide administrative support to the law firm's staff and clients.
Responsibilities
- Navigate and use various computer systems
- Handle incoming calls and schedule appointments
- Manage client and staff correspondence
- Prepare documents and reports as needed
- Assist with filing and maintaining records
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Prior office experience preferred
