About the role

The Receptionist/Office Assistant will provide administrative support to the law firm's staff and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Navigate and use various computer systems
  • Handle incoming calls and schedule appointments
  • Manage client and staff correspondence
  • Prepare documents and reports as needed
  • Assist with filing and maintaining records
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Prior office experience preferred
