The hourly pay range for this position is $26.00 per hour - $26.00 per hour per hour. Work Hours The work hours for this position are Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Key Purpose This role serves as the first point of contact for all visitors and colleagues, creating a welcoming, professional, and seamless front-of-house experience. From the moment someone enters the building, this position sets the tone through presence, service, and attention to detail. In addition to delivering an exceptional guest experience, this role supports essential site operations through coordination of mailroom, shipping/receiving, and courier services. These responsibilities are carried out with the same level of care, organization, and accountability that defines the front desk experience. Success in this role means maintaining a strong, visible lobby presence while ensuring reliable and efficient operational support behind the scenes. Success Criteria Consistently delivers a welcoming, polished, and professional guest experienceMaintains strong situational awareness and ownership of the lobby environmentEffectively balances front desk responsibilities with mailroom and operational tasksDemonstrates reliability, accountability, and attention to detailCommunicates clearly and builds trust with colleagues, leaders, and visitorsAdapts to changing needs while maintaining a high standard of service Key Areas of Collaboration and Influence Partner with the Workplace Experience Manager, Facilities Manager, and other account leadership to support daily operationsCommunicate effectively across the business unit to ensure alignment and information sharingCollaborate with team members to deliver a consistent and high-quality experienceSupport cross-functional teams as needed to meet site and customer needs Experience Ideal Candidate Experience High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred2+ years in a front-facing customer service, reception, or hospitality roleExperience in a corporate or professional services environment preferredExposure to mailroom, shipping/receiving, or logistics support is a plus Skills & Capabilities Strong interpersonal presence with the ability to engage confidently at all levels, including executivesHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesCalm, professional, and solutions-oriented in high-pressure or high-traffic situationsProficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems Mindset Customer service-oriented with a focus on creating positive and memorable experiencesReliable, accountable, and proactive in approachTeam-oriented with a willingness to step in and support where needed Key Accountabilities Guest Experience & Front Desk Ownership Welcome, greet, and direct visitors with professionalism and warmthAnticipate guest needs and create a seamless arrival experienceManage visitor access, badging, and security protocolsMaintain a polished, organized, and professional lobby environmentServe as a knowledgeable resource for employees, guests, and executivesHandle incoming calls and inquiries with confidence and clarity Mailroom & Site Operations Support Receive, log, sort, and distribute mail and packagesCoordinate shipping (including international) and courier servicesMaintain tracking systems and ensure accurate documentationSupport loading dock organization and safety standardsAssist with inventory and supply coordinationBuild effective working relationships with delivery vendors Physical Demands & Work Environment Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the workdayAbility to work under pressure and meet time-sensitive deadlines during peak periodsAbility to remain on feet for up to 8 hours per day, excluding breaksAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. as neededMaintain a professional appearance in line with dress code standards HSEQ Compliance: All employees must adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
