Responsibilities
- Manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care.
- Maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions, keeping the hospital running smoothly and efficiently.
- Provide personalized care for our boarding and daycare pets, ensuring they receive the correct food, exercise, and attention to make their stay comfortable and safe.
- Observe animal behavior closely and communicate any concerns to the medical team to ensure timely care.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for kennel areas, runs, and shared spaces to uphold the highest standards of care.
- Advocate for pet health by educating clients on preventative care and other hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care possible.
- Lead with compassion and empathy, demonstrating empathy and respect in every situation and treating each pet like your own.
Requirements
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.
- Experience with veterinary software is preferred.
- A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
- Be able to handle patients that are 75+ lbs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $14.50-$17.50 per hour based on experience.
