WE OFFER: Paid training (all Toyota training will be done in house) Closed Sundays Five day work week Medical Plan Benefits 401(k) retirement plan Discount vehicle purchase program RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate switchboard telephone system Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold Assist the General Manager with various clerical duties as needed Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently REQUIREMENTS: Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously 18 years of age or older.
