The role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting visitors and clients
- Handling phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Processing payments and maintaining financial records
- Managing inventory and supplies
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and events
- Performing basic administrative duties as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
