Receptionist / Escrow Assistant
About the role

As the first point of contact for our office, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for clients, attorneys, lenders, real estate professionals, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of our office by greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
- Answer and direct incoming calls while providing timely assistance to customers and internal team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and conference rooms.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, deliveries, and courier packages.
- Process outgoing mail and overnight shipments.
- Avoid daily branch accounting activities, escrow receipts, and banking procedures.
- Open new escrow and title orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support the escrow team by requesting payoffs, HOA information, utility demands, and other closing-related documentation.
- Begin assisting Escrow Officers by taking new orders, sending Preliminary Reports and Title Commitments, communicating with clients, and providing administrative support throughout the transaction process.
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties that contribute to the success of the office and our clients.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Sound judgment, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
- Previous administrative, receptionist, customer service, escrow, title, banking, legal, or real estate experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar role preferred.

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, at our North Ogden, UT location.
