AdministrativePart-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (maybe heading "About the role"), Responsibilities (Job Duties), Requirements, Benefits (Employee Benefits), maybe Pay/Schedule not included unless specified. The posting includes Schedule info: "Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Schedule 10-hour shift 8-hour shift Holidays Monday to Friday Weekend availability required". That's schedule details. Should we include a Schedule section? The rule: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. It does have schedule specifics: shift lengths, days, weekend availability. So we can include a Schedule section. Pay: not mentioned. So no Pay section. Benefits: listed. We need headings:

for each section. We need to not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes EEO statement at end; we should remove that. Also remove "JARS Cannabis is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Also remove "Per CRA guidelines..." maybe that's substantive? It's about background check; could be considered part of Requirements? It's a condition. Might keep as part of Requirements? It's a condition for candidates. It's substantive. We'll keep it maybe as a note in Requirements. Also remove "Apply today and become a part of the JARS Cannabis family!" maybe considered application instruction; we should remove application instructions. The instruction to apply is boilerplate; remove. Also remove "Does this spark your interest? If so, we'd love to hear from you!" maybe also application invitation; remove. Also remove "Ready to elevate your career path to a new all-time high?" maybe fluff but it's part of intro; we can keep as prose? It's not a heading; we can keep as

before About the role? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The intro paragraphs are substantive? They describe company mission. Might keep as a

before About the role. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Structure:

    Intro paragraph(s)

    About the role

... prose about role? The posting has a paragraph: "We are looking for someone who is friendly, tech-savvy, organized, great at multi-tasking, and can thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers - the ability to make every customer's experience amazing from the moment they walk through the door is everything in this role. The Receptionist is responsible for checking in new and existing patients per state and CRA requirements, creating patient profiles, and generally assisting where needed. Successful candidates will complete mandatory training through JARS University - conducted both virtually and in-person at our mock-store training facility." We can keep that as

    . Then Responsibilities: heading

    Responsibilities

    then
    • each duty. We need to extract duties from "Job Duties" list. List items: - Verify customers' legal age requirements, register new customers in the POS system, and scan in returning customers - Check customer purchasing allotments through the POS system upon check-in - Promote the JARS brand and get customers excited about shopping at our location - Welcome guests and customers into the store with a positive, upbeat, and friendly demeanor - Use proper greetings and salutations with all customers at all times - Assist with curbside and online orders when needed - Answer calls with professional and proper phone etiquette - Provide customers with information regarding products, store hours and location, daily specials, website address, and more - Emphasize the JARS Loyalty Program, campaigns, events, daily texts, and other promotions - Arrive to each scheduled shift on time and presentably dressed - Communicate with team members for order completion updates - Create personable and memorable experiences for all store patrons - Always maintain Michigan and CRA compliance in all customer-facing interactions - Perform opening, mid-day, and closing tasks, as well as general upkeep of the reception area - Support store management in an administrative capacity as required - Adhere at all times to all applicable laws, regulations, policies, compliance requirements, and protocols - Monitor customer queues at all times - Keep all online and in-store menus current with daily offerings - Other duties as assigned by management. We'll put each as
    • . Then Requirements: heading

      Requirements

      then
      • each. List: - Must be 21 years of age or older - High school diploma or GED required - Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a retail, sales, and/or hospitality environment - 1 year of previous administrative and/or Front Desk Receptionist experience - Must have strong attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking, and follow-up skills - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Must be able to work cooperatively as a team member - Exceptional hospitality skills required - role involves constant contact with patients and staff Also maybe include "Per CRA guidelines, all candidates are subject to a State of Michigan background search. Any candidates with a felony within the past 10 years for a controlled substance or distribution to minors will not be considered." This is a condition; could be added as a
      • under Requirements. We'll include that. Then Work Atmosphere/Physical Demands: maybe could be part of Requirements or separate section? The rule: we prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could incorporate into Requirements as a list? But it's about physical demands; maybe we can add a section "Work Atmosphere & Physical Demands". However we already have many sections; maybe we can incorporate into Requirements as a bullet? But it's not a requirement per se, it's description of job. Could be part of About the role? Might be better to create a section "Work Atmosphere & Physical Demands". The rule: include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. It does have specifics. So we can add a section. But we already have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Schedule. Adding another may be many sections but still okay if each has substantive content. However we prefer few sections; maybe we can merge Work Atmosphere into Requirements as a bullet list? But it's not a requirement; it's description of work environment. Could be part of About the role? The About the role currently is about role expectations; we could add physical demands there. But the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we should not create a separate section for Work Atmosphere; we can incorporate into About the role or Requirements as a paragraph. Let's incorporate into About the role after the training sentence: add a paragraph about physical demands. But we need to preserve all substantive info; we can add a

after the About the role paragraph covering Work Atmosphere/Physical Demands. Similarly, Schedule: we have schedule info; we can create a Schedule section. Benefits: we have list. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Schedule". We'll extract schedule specifics. Schedule details: "Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Schedule 10-hour shift 8-hour shift Holidays Monday to Friday Weekend availability required". We'll parse: Job Types: Full-time, Part-time. Schedule: 10-hour shift, 8-hour shift, Holidays, Monday to Friday, Weekend availability required. We'll make a

list. Now Benefits list: - Free Employee Assistance Program - Health, Dental & Vision Insurance (full-time employees only) - 401(k) Plan - Paid Time Off - Employee Discount - Monthly Bonus Incentives - Internal Growth Opportunities - Voluntary Life Insurance & Supplemental Medical Insurance - Holiday Pay (select holidays only) - Bereavement Time Pay - Parental Leave We'll put as
. Now we need to remove EEO statement and application instructions. Now produce HTML. Let's craft:
