Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-line phone system and greet clients with a positive attitude
• Maintain accurate medical records and handle financial transactions
• Coordinate care and educate clients on preventative care
• Expand your skill set using advanced diagnostic tools and support complex surgical procedures

Requirements

• A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred
• A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays

• Passionate about veterinary medicine
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the practice

Pay

The pay range for this position is $14-$16 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

This position requires a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays.
