The Role

You will be the director of first impressions, managing a multi-line phone system, greeting clients with a positive attitude, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care.

You will also be responsible for seamless care coordination, maintaining accurate medical records, managing appointment schedules, and handling financial transactions.

You will advocate for pet health by being a key partner in pet wellness, educating clients on preventative care and other hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care possible.

You will embody compassion and empathy, being a calming presence for clients and demonstrating empathy and respect in every situation.

Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $21-$24 per hour based on experience.
