About the role
This position will be located at Windsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Medicine, a facility operated by a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc.
Responsibilities
- Provide receptionist services, including greeting patients and visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred.
- Experience with electronic health record systems is beneficial.
