Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a full-time customer service representative that would join our team to help provide excellent customer service to our clients and their pets.

Responsibilities

• Field phone calls
• Schedule appointments
• Answer emails
• Monitor online food and prescription requests

Requirements

• A love for animals
• A desire for quality customer service
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• One year of receptionist/administrative experience
• High school diploma

Qualifications

Must be available to work 30-40 hours per week including one to two Saturdays each month. We are open 7 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday and 7 AM to 5 PM on Saturdays.

Pay

Compensation details are competitive and commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Open 7 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday and 7 AM to 5 PM on Saturdays.
