Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers in person and over the phone
- Answer and direct incoming calls with accuracy and professionalism
- Provide general information and guide customers to the correct department
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
- Enter customer information and notes into the dealership CRM system
- Support various departments with basic administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong phone etiquette and comfort managing a steady call volume
- Proficient in computer skills, including email, data entry, and office applications
- Experience using a dealership CRM is preferred, but training is available
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to multitask
- Reliable and able to work part-time hours, including possible evenings or weekends
