Receptionist
About the role
UTA is seeking a professional, service-oriented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, guests, and employees. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is committed to delivering a seamless, welcoming experience while supporting day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients, guests, and employees, creating a welcoming and professional first impression
- Manage front desk operations and maintain an organized, polished reception area
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Cook up visitor check-ins, maintain visitor logs, and adhere to company security protocols
- Schedule meetings, manage conference room reservations, and provide administrative support across departments
- Absorb office meetings and special events to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Prepare correspondence, maintain records, and perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
- Distribute employee access badges, mail, and packages, and support daily office operations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow and high levels of service
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and sound judgment
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a high-volume, customer-facing environment
- Previous experience as a receptionist, hostess, administrative assistant, or in a related role preferred
- Experience interacting with high-profile clients, executives, talent, or guests in a hospitality, entertainment, agency, or corporate environment is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Outstanding customer service skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Capable of sitting, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for those who may need to travel)
