Receptionist
Responsibilities
- Mets and greets all visitors in a pleasant, courteous and professional manner.
- Aids guests, visitors, and associates with inquiries and directions.
- Aids with any guest inquiries, answers incoming telephone calls, forwards call to the appropriate party or takes a message.
- Provides clerical support to the department that may include but not limited to typing, copying, filing, composing routine correspondence, and preparation of outgoing mail.
- Sorts incoming mail for the department(s).
- May order office supplies.
- Receives and helps organize to-go orders and dining reservations, to include billing in the POS.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typical office environment, occasionally stands and walks, frequently sits. Typically requires routine use of personal computer and general office equipment.
- Noise level is moderate.
Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences
- Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
