About Us

Thompson Healthcare & Sports Medicine (THSM) recently partnered with Atlantic Health Systems to grow our medical neighborhood. Our goal is to get patients out of pain and keep them out of pain, achieving an extremely high satisfaction rate. Located throughout New Jersey, THSM takes a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care, offering treatments and services including Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Massage Therapy, and Physical Medicine services. Each discipline collaborates with years of experience to find the best possible treatment program for our patients. We are looking for team members who want to make a difference in people's lives through high-quality treatment and unprecedented care for our patients' outcomes.

Schedule

• Monday / Wednesday / Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Tuesday / Thursday: 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM
• Office closed from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM for lunch breaks and documentation time
• No weekend patient hours

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service
• Communicate with patients via phone, email, and in-person
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments
• Process coinsurance payments and copayments
• Explain paperwork and documentation to patients
• Verify patient insurances via phone or website
• Be knowledgeable of services provided
• Attend internal and external company marketing events
• Participate in company trainings
• Adhere to company policies
• Sit and utilize a computer for long periods of time
• Handle a fast-paced office with large patient volume

Pay

Hourly Rate: $20.50 per hour
