About the role
We are seeking a professional Receptionist to provide front-desk coverage and administrative support for a busy corporate office in Seattle. This role serves as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors while helping ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist employees, visitors, and vendors professionally.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Perform general office administrative duties.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Maintain records management systems.
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, and other business documents.
- Filer and retrieve corporate documents and records.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and email correspondence.
- Prepare responses to routine correspondence.
- Aid with office operations and daily administrative support.
- Support access control and office work order requests as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the office runs efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of experience in: Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Customer Service.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Professional appearance with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
