About the role
The front desk at THE PIG is essentially the hub of the hotel, being the first and last face our restaurant and hotel guests see. First impressions are everything and we want our guests to have the best first impression possible.
Responsibilities
- A first point of contact for our hotel guests.
- Loves to make guests smile every day.
- Has high standards of service and great attention to detail.
- Communicates effectively by answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and maintaining constant channels of communication with all departments in the hotel.
Requirements
- Experience within a similar role is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.

Pay
£12.71 per hour (OTE £13.91 per hour including tronc)
Schedule
35 hours per week, over 5 days
