Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact by answering incoming phone calls, greeting walk in clients, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members
- Manage front desk activity, including directing foot traffic and ensuring clients are assisted in a timely and courteous manner
- Accept and process client payments accurately and securely
- Provide general administrative support such as scanning, filing, data entry, and handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist account managers and service staff with basic support tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced office setting
- Basic computer skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when handling payments
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and team oriented mindset
