About the role
Sunny Springs is a FANTASTIC Long-Term Care Facility seeking a FANTASTIC person like YOU to join our TEAM!
Responsibilities
- Interprets company policies and employment law.
- Recruits, supports, and develops talent.
- Acts as a liaison between residents and other departments.
- Serves as a role model for superb customer service.
- Ensures adherence to Federal and State regulations, including participating in survey processes and correcting deficiencies.
- Supports business office functions, including receiving payments, distributing petty cash, and preparing receipts.
- Assists with clerical tasks such as opening and delivering mail, transcribing materials, recording appointments, filing documents, answering telephones, directing calls, taking messages, and announcing notifications.
- Updates resident directories and arranges for service of office equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
- Effective communication skills are required to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and the community.
