About the opportunity
As a Community Associate, you'll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, working to create and maintain your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers…so that your customers can focus on running their business.
A typical day at IWG
- Arrive a few minutes before your center opens to make sure everything is ready and check there's nothing the cleaners have missed
- Assist customers throughout the morning with various requests: changed Wi-Fi codes, package inquiries, meeting room directions, projector setup, and coffee recommendations
- Connect incoming calls to customers and ensure all services are properly charged for accurate invoicing
- Sort through mail while handling customer requests, remembering to email customers about package deliveries
- Help customers with printing, invoice questions, and temperature concerns by opening tickets in the service portal
- Organize next week's networking event: plan and write e-invites to customers, then create, print, and put up posters around the center
- Engage with prospects interested in joining the IWG community, sharing details about what makes the space amazing
- Assist meeting room groups with wrap-up and provide local restaurant recommendations
- Ensure everything is nice and tidy before heading home
