About the role
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will use your organizational skills and great customer service to manage the front desk in a long-term care and short-term rehabilitation / sub-acute care / skilled nursing center.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in visitors, family members and vendors per center protocols, provide them with direction in the center
- Maintain an updated directory for the center
- Manage the center's main phone line and direct calls to the appropriate contacts
- Maintain office files and records
- Absorb and assist job applicants upon arrival with completing employment documents and ensure they are picked up for interviews by hiring managers in a timely manner
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Prior receptionist, administrative support, or related office or customer service experience a plus
- Must have basic computer skills with ability to navigate windows and internet programs
- Must have great customer service skills and ability to multitask between phone, emails, systems and walk-ins
