Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented receptionist to join our team. You will play a crucial role in greeting and assisting all visitors, answering the switchboard, documenting incoming deliveries, processing incoming and outgoing mail, and providing clerical support as requested. Additionally, you will collaborate with our admission team to ensure a smooth transition for patients into the hospital.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Two (2) years’ experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a healthcare environment
• Any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital environment
• May be required to work occasional overtime and flexible hours

Pay

This is a full-time role with an expected compensation range of $18.00-$19.00 hourly.
