What You’ll Do:

- Be the friendly and professional point of contact for all calls and visitors - Handle administrative tasks and assist with communication between residents and staff - Ensure a warm and welcoming environment - Maintain confidentiality, manage concerns, and uphold the integrity of the front desk - Represent Parkshore with pride, professionalism, and care

What You’ll Need:

- High school diploma or GED preferred - 1+ year of receptionist or customer service experience (senior living or hospitality preferred) - Ability to manage interruptions and juggle multiple priorities in a visible role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills - Dependable, calm, and professional
