About the role
This is an on-site position based out of our Des Moines, IA office. As the first point of contact for visitors, you’ll provide a welcoming environment and support daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and log visitors in and out by following established risk and security policies and procedures; create visitor badges.
- Answer all incoming telephone calls quickly and courteously, routing them to the appropriate person and/or department.
- Function as mailroom backup, performing all daily mailroom duties and activities in a professional, accurate, and prompt manner.
- Think independently, provide self-direction, solve problems, and make informed, rational decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of office experience.
- Telephone console experience helpful.
- Microsoft Office Suite, Easy Lobby, and Avigilon experience helpful.
- Professional communication skills — written, telephone, and internal.
