Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior experience working in social services, non-profit organizations or office management
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Experience with switchboard and communication systems
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
- Basic computer skills (e.g. MS Office suite and Windows)

Responsibilities
- Front Desk Monitoring: Answer incoming calls, determine purpose and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department. Welcome and announce visitors. Maintain visitor, staff, and delivery logs.
- Crisis Intervention: Coordinate meetings and events. Provide crisis intervention and request emergency responders as needed. Perform additional administrative responsibilities across S:US’ Real Estate portfolio as assigned by the Director of RE through the Office Operations Manager. Manage mailing/correspondence for the RE Department and filter to assigned department through file bound. Create/maintain an orderly system for deliveries and mailing sent to central office.
- Building Security: Coordinate daily visitors list with building security. Maintain accurate building entry and guest/staff registration records via myKastle (the Visitors Management System).
