Schedule
- Part Time: Thursdays and Fridays, 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay
Rates start at $17-$18 per hour.

Responsibilities
At our community, the Front Desk Receptionist is the information center, responsible for:
- Managing all phone calls
- Greeting visitors
- Providing community information
- Managing resident transportation and outing schedules
- Assisting residents with all requests
- Performing administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Business Administration
This position requires superior people skills.
Requirements
- Technology: Experience with email, calendar management, answering phones
- Physical requirements: Standing, sitting, bending
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
- Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities
