Receptionist
About the role
Novellus Clairemont, part of the Saga Senior Living family, is hiring a professional and personable Front Desk Receptionist to support daily operations within a community designed to provide evolving, individualized care for every resident.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact, welcoming residents, families, and visitors with a high level of service
- Manage incoming calls, greet guests, handle resident requests, and assist with scheduling transportation and appointments
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth front desk operations
- Maintain clear communication between residents and staff while fostering an organized, inviting atmosphere
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in concierge services or a customer-facing role within senior living
- Strong English communication skills
Benefits
Competitive Wages: $17.75–$19.00 per hour, with experience considered
Pay
$17.75 - $18/hour
Schedule
Part-time, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 12 pm
