Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, employees, and vendors while maintaining a courteous and organized front-desk presence.
- Handle incoming phone calls efficiently, direct inquiries to the appropriate team members, and take accurate messages when needed.
- Cook up visitor check-in procedures and ensure reception and common areas remain organized and presentable.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling, filing, data entry, and basic office coordination tasks.
- Respond to routine questions and assist with general office requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain smooth day-to-day communication across departments by monitoring front-office activity.
Requirements
- Experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or customer-facing administrative role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage inbound calls with clear and courteous communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with visitors, staff, and external contacts.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency with standard office software and general administrative tools.
- Dependable work habits, attention to detail, and a detail-oriented demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
Nonprofit, legal, healthcare, behavioral health, or other client-facing environments serving vulnerable populations.
Skills
Communication, organization, multitasking, administrative support, customer service.
