Receptionist
About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to support daily front-desk operations in Maumee, Ohio. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming first impression while managing incoming communications with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Prior experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or customer-facing administrative role.
- Ability to operate a multi-line switchboard or phone system with confidence and accuracy.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and effective phone presence.
- Comfortable managing a high volume of inbound calls while staying organized.
