Receptionist Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, residents, and staff in a courteous and professional manner, providing prompt and attentive service
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, messages, and packages
- Utilize computerized systems to track and maintain accurate records of visitor logs, appointments, and communications
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and performing other administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the front desk, lobby, and surrounding spaces
- Provide basic assistance to residents and families, such as escorting them to their appointments or providing general information about the facility
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery
