Receptionist

Brief Description We're looking for a part time Receptionist from 4pm-7pm a few days during the week and 8am-4:30pm every other weekend. The Receptionist responsibilities include: Displaying a high level of customer serviceGreeting visitors and family membersAnswering telephone calls and routing them to the proper locationsAssisting the other departments with correspondence and other day-to-day office dutiesAssisting with the recruiting processCreating and maintaining an atmosphere of warmth Requirements Receptionist Qualifications: Previous experience in a receptionist or similar roleA high level of skill using Microsoft Excel and WordNeed to be a very organized and detailed individualMust be a friendly and caring individualHigh school diploma Summary What's in it for you?
