Job Description POSITION: Receptionist LOCATION: 6050 88th St, Sacramento, CA SHIFT: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM PAY RATE: $22.00/Hour Key Duties & Responsibilities Process all incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Schedule repair and service for all Plant copy machines upon request. Distribute all incoming mail to corresponding departments Order and replenish office supplies as needed. Multi-task as required by assignments from management. Move from project-to-project with minimal down-time and limited supervision. Assist with various other special projects as required. Experience Required Minimum of 1-2 years reception, administrative, and/or customer service related experience Proven ability to multi-task Experience operating multi-line phones and handling a high volume of calls Education/Licenses/Certification/Formal Training High School diploma/GED Excellent phone customer service skills required Bilingual Spanish preferred Essential Abilities Read, write, and understand the English language. Compute basic math problems to include fractions, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to learn new computer software programs.
