About the role

Merrill Gardens at Barkley Place is currently seeking a Senior Living Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with seniors and dedicated to supporting their wellness journey.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all visitors.
  • Answer the telephone.
  • Maintain the front office area in a neat and organized manner.
  • Provide administrative support to all departments on an as-needed basis.

Requirements

  • A High School diploma or GED.
  • Two years’ experience as a receptionist (preferred).
  • A minimum of one year’s customer service experience.
  • Prior multi-line phone experience.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.
  • Must be able to bend and reach.

Schedule

The Receptionist position is part-time and weekends are available.

Pay

Competitive pay and benefits are offered for both full-time and part-time positions.
