Job Description SCOPE: Responsible for the front desk reception area, communications coordination, and patient registration. Responsible for supporting all fucntions such as collecting copays, queuing patients, assisting with medical chart management. Responsible for notifying medical staff if a patient needs assistance in waiting area. Functions Management of incoming phone calls to the center Business office liaison Medical chart management Patient registration, communication, and copays Coordination of all patient scheduling Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Equivalent 2 years experience in medical reception, administration or customer service. Experience In An Oncology Clinical Setting Preferred Excellent Verbal communication skills
