Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Receptionist serves as the welcoming face of the facility while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and effective communication across all departments.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office activities and support overall facility operations.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, correspondence, packages, and other communications professionally and promptly.
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Support basic bookkeeping and administrative recordkeeping tasks as needed.
- Track office supply inventory and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Prepare and submit timely reports as requested by leadership.
- Assist colleagues and departments with administrative support as needed to maintain smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and office environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support office efficiency and resident services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role is required.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software, including Excel.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration or related field preferred.

$12.41-$20 an hour
Schedule
Full-time, 8:30am-4:30pm daily
