Responsibilities
- Operate switchboard telephone system
- Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Provide basic information to callers with general inquiries
- Prepare sales and service gas tickets for the accounting department
- Aid the General Manager with various clerical duties as needed
- Stay informed about new products and services offered by the dealership and any price changes
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and professionalism
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and employees while managing multiple tasks
- Willingness to undergo a background check
