Responsibilities

  • Operate switchboard telephone system
  • Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Provide basic information to callers with general inquiries
  • Prepare sales and service gas tickets for the accounting department
  • Aid the General Manager with various clerical duties as needed
  • Stay informed about new products and services offered by the dealership and any price changes
  • Handle customer complaints with integrity and professionalism

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and employees while managing multiple tasks
  • Willingness to undergo a background check
