Receptionist
About the role
Keystone Law Group is seeking a Receptionist to join our dynamic team in West Los Angeles. The ideal candidate should have experience in the legal or professional services industry, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to multitask and manage a busy schedule.
Responsibilities
- Answering, screening, and directing incoming calls
- Visitor management, including greeting and directing guests, validating parking, preparing presentation materials, etc.
- Cooking meals for various meetings and office events
- Coordinating conference room scheduling, set up, and clean up
- Aiding with administrative tasks such as scanning and copying
- Assisting with general office maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep
- Ordering, organizing, and stocking office and breakroom supplies
- Aiding the Mail & Facilities Clerk with handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Performing other responsibilities and projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Professional and pleasant demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of computer software including Windows, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.
- Ability to type at least 65 words per minute
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and high-quality work
- Ability to handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Professional law office or professional services administrative experience preferred
Pay
The Receptionist's salary range is $24.00 to $31.50 per hour (equivalent to $49,920 to $65,520 annually), depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus. Keystone offers competitive benefits, including:
